FLEX workouts are a total body workout that incorporate weight resistance training, metabolic conditioning and core work for everything you need in a workout. Unlike traditional group exercise classes, arrive anytime during the hour sign-up slot and work at your own pace but still in a group atmosphere. You will have options for exercise sets to best fit your goals and the guidance of our expert trainers. You get the flexibility of schedule and personal goals with weekly video demonstrations and cues, plus the advantage of a programmed workout for best results! Equipment used includes TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, body weight, battle ropes, sandbags, rowing machines, ski ergs, Airdyne bikes, and more.

Who is FLEX for?

People with all levels of exercise experience, from beginners to lifetime lifters.

People who need or just want a plan written for them because they don't want to think about what their workout is going to be.

People who are interested in building strength, increasing cardio capacity, moving better, transforming their bodies, hurting less and feeling good and functional in everyday life

How will I know what exercise to do?

Each month we have a main program, with details of that program changing week to week. Each workout you can decide to do the standard workout or choose a custom version. There are upper, lower, metabolic, and core sets; three variations of each but they either change completely or the sets/reps change each week to keep everyone progressing. Arrive anytime during the sign-up hour on the schedule.

Can I do FLEX workouts outside of the gym?

Yes! Once you’ve gotten oriented with the gym and how our sessions work, we make the exercises available for FLEX members through our member portal and members’ Facebook group. So if you’re traveling or just prefer to exercise at home using your own equipment, you’re all set!
